Substances:

1 lb lean pork

2 cloves garlic, pressed

7 Tbsp soy sauce

4 Tbsp sherry

3 Tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp ginger root, finely chopped

1 Tbsp canola oil

1 cup onion, sliced

9 cups inexperienced cabbage, shredded

3 tsp cornstarch

Put together Marinade:

1 In a small bowl mix pressed garlic cloves, soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar and ginger
root. Stir marinade till brown sugar dissolves. Lower pork into strips and place in marinade.
